Overall, the PDQ is responsible for ensuring patient safety and superior quality of care as measured by survey readiness, treatment program fidelity, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and accreditation standards. The Director leads policy development, clinical protocol implementation, quality oversight, incident reporting, regulatory engagement, and maintains survey readiness strategies. Through physical presence, data analysis, and subject-matter expertise, the Director promotes quality and excellence within the facility. Essential Functions Monitor regulatory readiness, patient safety, and service excellence. Oversee and develop the QAPI program, analyze quality data, and implement process improvements. Coordinate clinical data abstraction and entry for quality measures. Identify care indicators, evaluate data, and use feedback for management strategies. Lead data collection, analysis, and report trends to leadership committees. Ensure regulatory compliance and survey preparedness. Support clinical program fidelity, root-cause analysis, and remediation plans. Develop and educate on clinical procedures and outcome evaluation tools. Standard Expectations Serve as a visible leader, escalate issues, and support the transition of the Quality program. Lead safety rounds, incident reviews, root-cause analyses, and staff engagement. Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and support a culture of safety. Support other functions as assigned, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively. Build collaborative relationships, ensure attendance, and support weekend/off-hour coverage as needed. Education/Experience/Skills Bachelor’s in Human Services or Nursing required; Master’s preferred. Minimum 2 years in Quality, Clinical, or PI role; management experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and root-cause analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office, confidentiality, leadership, and organizational skills. Licenses/Certifications Valid licensure, CPR, de-escalation/restraint certification, and possibly first aid. Supervisory Requirements This is an individual contributor role.
