Address customer concerns proactively to ensure high satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. At least 1 year of logistics industry experience. Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience. Experience with P&L management, goal setting, and project management is a plus.
