This position requires on-site residency. You will be expected to live on-site where the job is located. Failure to reside on-site may result in separation from the company. As part of your employment, you will be provided with a 1-bedroom apartment on-site, whose fair market value is considered a business expense and is not taxed federally or locally. This apartment is conditional upon your active employment with the Salvation Army and must be maintained according to the On-Site Living Agreement and House Rules, including a non-smoking policy and pet restrictions.

Responsibilities:

Implement building management procedures as outlined in the Silvercrest Operating Procedures Manual and Salvation Army policies. Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks such as property inspections, tenant certifications, vendor coordination, unit turnover, safety, and property appearance. Oversee loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, and maintenance activities. Maintain regular office hours, be available for emergencies, and participate in on-call duties. Keep accurate property and resident records. Coordinate with Salvation Army officers and report to supervisors. Represent The Salvation Army positively and professionally, maintaining good relationships with residents, vendors, and staff. Handle resident concerns with tact and diplomacy. Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; driving may include TSA vehicles or personal vehicles for TSA business. Perform other duties as assigned by Silvercrest Management.
