You will be jumping in at the very beginning of this adventure and be in a position to help us define what Blitz coaching means for our users around the world. As the Product Manager, you will help create the long-term strategy and vision for the Blitz experience, with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will own the game's team product roadmap and KPIs, and work with engineers, designers, and researchers to ensure the delivery of data-driven stats products to delight our users. This position requires you to be on-site Monday through Thursday in our Los Angeles office with optional WFH on Fridays. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to advance user and business needs, building consensus around a roadmap, motivating and partnering with business leads, designers, and engineers to design, plan, develop and launch new features or products, collaborating with product managers across the organization, working with Data Science to define KPIs, driving A/B testing, market and user research, defining and delivering innovative member experiences, and developing go-to-market strategies. Requirements include 6+ years of hands-on DTC and Gaming experience in product management, experience in direct-to-consumer digital products or services with a record of launching products or platforms preferably in games, experience with metrics/data-driven feature design and decisions, strong communication skills, passion for creating great products, experience guiding full product development process, ability to operate autonomously, and significant data-driven decision making. Nice to have are experience working in gaming or passion for gaming and esports, and experience or knowledge of FPS games. Seniority level
