Seasonal Dance Program Director - 2025

Responsible for instructing classes, taking and recording lesson attendance, communicating with students and parents, and coordinates with the Recreation Supervisor for class and recital needs. Instructs dance lessons and teaches proper techniques and skill development. Assists in developing lessons. Instructs, designs, and choreographs dance acts and routines for annual recitals. Chooses costumes and coordinates recital costume needs with parents. Responsible for safety and supervision of participants. Takes and records lesson attendance. Communicates with students and parents, maintains a positive public image, and fosters a positive attitude through participation. Works with the Recreation Supervisor regarding class and recital needs. Follows all policies, procedures, and the philosophy that is set forth by the City of Green Bay Parks, Recreation, & Forestry Department. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have dance and teaching experience. A combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
