Location: 100% onsite in Washington, DC

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Project Manager to support our HHS government customer by providing non-inherently governmental acquisition support services. Responsibilities include facilitating contract awards and administration, performing quality assurance across contracts, and providing budget support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the team's daily assignments and activities, including performance and quality monitoring, and manage the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.

Assign acquisitions to contractor staff and manage these in compliance with contract requirements, milestone schedules, and SOPs and directives.

Maintain and communicate project plans, status updates, and risks. Serve as the primary interface to client leadership.

Mentor staff and plan training activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

Project management experience in federal acquisitions, capable of managing multiple assignments.

Minimum of 8 years of experience with federal acquisitions, capable of supporting complex acquisitions involving various contract types and source selection techniques.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
