Job Description As a Sr business analyst associate, you’re directly responsible for the delivery of features and capabilities of the teams, as prioritized by the product team, triad, and cabinet into production, and in accordance with predicted timelines to meet customer expectations. Specific Responsibilities Include
Research and analyze existing capabilities to appropriately leverage or supplement them with new requirements. Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Establish understanding of customer needs to adequately define and prioritize requirements. Partner to ensure requirements meet legal, control, and risk standards. Collaborate with UI/UX design partners to ideate on user experience, create conversational flow diagrams, and user interface specifications. Componentize initiatives into executable Epics that deliver business value within one release. Define and write Stories for collaboration with tech partners to deliver against requirements within one sprint. Drive Timely Delivery Of Initiatives
Collaborate and be aware of established target dates for customer readiness. Ensure grooming of Epics and Stories are completed timely to meet sprint and release goals. Participate in technical desk checks with developers and QA to iterate on requirements and acceptance criteria. Complete UAT testing goals and timelines according to release schedules. Be accountable for defect resolution through prioritization and severity assessment, ensuring timely resolution or risk acceptance. Manage requirements related to customer rollout of new capabilities. Own The Customer Experience
Ensure features are properly validated at release. Participate in monthly control checks for feature/capability accuracy. Escalate and prioritize production defects based on severity and criticality, including participation in triage, mitigation, and remediation. Participate in Agile Scrum Events
