Quality Development Supervisor , you will contribute to developing high-quality, robust InterSystems HealthShare software by working hard to uncover weaknesses and areas for improvement. If you are passionate about software, you will excel in this role by building tools and automation that verify new technologies and healthcare-related protocols. Your strong technical capabilities, curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness will be essential to InterSystems’ innovation process. It is part of your job to represent the customer inside InterSystems, ensuring that the product not only meets requirements and is thoroughly tested, but also well documented, easy to understand, and meets customer needs.

Direct and mentor a team of up to twelve engineers. Oversee Quality Development and address quality issues across all Scrum teams. Identify testing gaps in the HealthShare product line and develop remediation plans. Promote automation to enhance testing thoroughness and efficiency. Required Qualifications:
Ability to read code critically to identify bugs, performance issues, and weaknesses. Enthusiasm for debugging and resolving customer issues. Understanding of Agile project management and SDLC. Familiarity with application development, relational databases, object-oriented programming, and cloud technologies. Effective communication and analytical skills. Curiosity and aptitude for learning new technical skills in a dynamic environment. Versatility and flexibility. BSc/MS in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of industry experience. Desirable Skills:
Experience with testing tools, automation, cloud, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting languages (Perl, Python), and UI automation (Selenium). Knowledge of healthcare communication standards (FHIR, HL7, CDA). Experience with operating systems, multi-threaded applications, distributed systems, and networking.
