Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned AVP – Data & Cloud Transformation professional to lead strategic initiatives that help clients adopt and scale modern data platforms and cloud technologies. This is a leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a hands-on approach to delivering client-facing solutions. Must-Have Skills
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering (Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Python) Proven expertise in cloud transformation (AWS, Azure), modernization strategy, and architecture Experience in pre-sales and client solutioning, especially for large enterprises Strong background in solution architecture and technical leadership Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Education from premier institutions preferred Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders only Key Responsibilities
Lead data and cloud transformation strategies with clear business outcomes Engage CXOs to define roadmaps and present business cases Support pre-sales via workshops, proposals, and RFPs Provide hands-on guidance on AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Python Create technical content and stay updated on data/cloud trends Align pre-sales with delivery and improve internal processes Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing Manage client relationships and drive upsell opportunities Note
Job stability and consistent career progression are essential. Candidates can be based anywhere in the USA; remote work allowed if not located near office locations (Dallas, NJ, Santa Clara). Interview Rounds: 4 (Technical, Architecture, 2 Leadership Rounds) Seniority level
