Responsible for the safe operation of the Gulfstream G550 & G600 aircraft. Conduct flights safely and prudently, including:
Reviewing aircraft maintenance status. Performing proper pre-flight inspections according to the Aircraft Flight Manual. Checking weather and facilities along the route and at airports, including alternates. Ensuring compliance with Solairus policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. Maintaining passenger, crew, and aircraft safety. Completing trip paperwork accurately as per current procedures.
Qualifications
Total flight hours: 3000 PIC hours: 1500 MEL hours: 1500 MEL PIC hours: 500 Turbo Jet experience: 500 hours Instrument hours: 250 Specific Qualifications/Certifications
Type rated on Gulfstream G550 or G600, or comparable aircraft First class medical certificate Ability to work on an on-call basis Willing to complete ICAO international procedures training annually Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KSJC or willingness to relocate Additional Information Solairus offers a salary range based on market conditions, experience, aircraft type, and other factors, typically between $50,000 and $500,000.
