IT Strategic Planner ATI, Inc. ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced IT Strategic Planner with an active TOP SECRET clearance. Position will provide strategic planning on large IT projects or a significant portion of large complex projects. This is a hybrid position allowing up to three days/week working remotely and a minimum of two days/week at a client site in Washington, DC. Duties and Responsibilities Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following: Provides and manages strategic planning and scope of work consultation for large complex IT infrastructure projects from network cabling to LAN, Server and PC integration and consolidation activities. This includes understanding customer requirements, budgets, objectives, user expectations and appropriate planning to oversee the quality of work and ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels. Provides and develops knowledge and expertise in strategic performance management methodologies within client IT standards, and the application of technologies to internal agencies. Reviews strategic financial budget and fiscal data to ensure accuracy and accountability for multi-year projects. Maintains up-to-date monthly status of project funds, reviews and resolves unliquidated obligations, and prepares budget justifications. Analyzes, reviews, and monitors project funding with various client organizations. Advises on synchronizing, coordinating, and integrating all digital strategy initiatives. Plans and conducts analyses to assess the cost effectiveness of programs to inform and advocate for IT investments, the development process, and other budget initiatives. Analyzes management problems and provides advice and insight on alternative solutions. Coordinates strategic, programmatic, and budgetary initiatives. Prepares and presents briefing materials, as well as provides clearly articulated input in group meetings. Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum active or interim TOP SECRET Clearance required. BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, or other related studies. Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Palantir is required. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience including: o Formulating long-range policies and developing digital strategic initiatives and management guidelines for complex IT systems; o Planning and conducting budget analyses to assess the cost effectiveness of program initiatives; o Developing efficient, cost-effective solutions to IT related issues, analyzing and resolving difficult policy and planning problems or issues, and making recommendations on new approaches to delivering services; o Working with Project Management processes and policies of assigned projects; o Managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, design, construction, and direction of assigned projects; and o Managing project milestones and budgets of assigned projects. PMP certification is a plus. Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on quality control in client deliverables. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000/year depending on experience Location: Washington, DC Working Hours: Normal Work Hours Monday Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
