Procurement Analyst – Journeyman

Location: 100% onsite Washington, DC
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Procurement Analyst-Journeyman to support our HHS government customer in providing non-inherently governmental acquisition support services. The role involves facilitating contract awards and administration, conducting quality assurance, and providing budget support.
All duties are performed independently and may include:
Updating acquisition MS SharePoint sites (e.g., uploading documents, reorganizing information, creating pages).
Supporting Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) catch-up and clean-up efforts.
Engaging with industry, coordinating, and managing logistics.
Reviewing Contracting Officer Representative (COR) files.
Conducting contract pre-solicitation and pre-award reviews, mainly on less complex contract actions.
Preparing and sharing the acquisition program dashboard.
Communicating acquisition updates to customers and staff.
Assisting the Bureau Acquisition Career Manager (BACM) with communications, analytics, training questions, and certification requirements such as FAC-C, FAC-COR, FAC-P, and PPM.
Required Skills and Experience:
Four to ten years of federal procurement experience.
BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
