What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices on active job sites Coordinate daily field operations across commercial projects, big and small Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics like a pro Manage all things electrical—conduit bending, panel installs, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and more Keep safety first with strict adherence to OSHA standards and company protocols Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to keep projects on track Troubleshoot issues on the fly and ensure everything runs like a well-grounded system What You Bring 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience 2+ years in a foreman, lead, or supervisory role Strong command of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Deep experience with wiring, lighting systems, panels, and distribution gear Leadership skills—you know how to guide teams and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational abilities A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation South Carolina Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred Why Spratlin Electric?
