Job Description As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Card Financial Transaction product, you will contribute to defining and configuring complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospects. You will collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology leadership to improve our issuer platform, deliver customer features, and support scrum teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our card services within a leading financial institution. Responsibilities include: Partnering with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market discovery. Maintaining the product roadmap and backlog to guide development efforts and align with the product vision. Planning for upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the overall experience. Supporting research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the product roadmap. Collaborating with Technology teams on requirements and troubleshooting. Supporting the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Analyzing product metrics to evaluate performance against targets. Writing requirements, epics, and user stories for development support. Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years of experience in problem-solving within a product team. Proficiency in the product development lifecycle. Experience with discovery and requirements definition. Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Curiosity for data analysis and root cause identification. Creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Card and CCB domains impacting Card Customers. Experience with Credit card issuer platforms and payment lifecycle. Technical knowledge of coding languages like Cobol or Java is a plus.
