Customer Success Manager in the Chicago area, USA , and help us ensure our customers truly redefine how their workplaces function! We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team in the USA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers truly redefine how their workplaces function with Framery’s Smart Office Solutions. This position will primarily focus on the onboarding phase of our digital services working closely with sales representatives and customer operations professionals. This role is based in the Chicago area, operates with a hybrid model, and requires occasional travel to Finland. Main Objectives Ensure successful onboarding of Framery’s Smart Office Solutions, including digital services like Framery Connect, Framery Connect Sensors, Framery Room Display and Framery Space Overview. Guide new customers to seamless adoption and ongoing engagement with our solutions. Understand customer needs, articulate the value of Framery’s offerings, and drive successful product utilization. Improve customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value Key responsibilities Take ownership of Framery's Smart Office Solutions customer onboarding initiatives and impact, in close collaboration with local sales representatives and our remote Finnish Customer Success team. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales representatives, customer operations professionals, and other internal teams to develop and execute seamless customer onboarding. Guide customers to successful adoption and ongoing engagement with Framery's smart office solutions, including digital services. Ensure all local actions and communications resonate with customers and inspire them to take action, especially regarding technical aspects and solutions. Manage a high volume of customer interactions with a proactive and independent approach, focusing on activity metrics. What We're Looking For

Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success, account management, sales, or a strong focus on proactive customer onboarding. Experience in a role requiring a high volume of customer interactions and a focus on activity metrics. Familiarity with SaaS, subscription-based models or IT-solutions Experience working in B2B is valued. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Technical ability to quickly learn Framery’s products and systems. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with local sales representatives and our remote Finnish team. Natural communication skills, comfortable discussing technical aspects and solutions in an inspiring way.

Compensation The compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a bonus. Employee benefits include: Company-provided laptop and mobile phone, with a monthly phone bill allowance. Monthly internet service/broadband allowance. Paid vacation and holidays, increasing with tenure. Paid and unpaid sick leave. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (employee and dependent coverage). Matched 401k plan. Reimbursement for work-related expenses, including travel. Business Travel Protection: Travel medical and accident insurance. Annual well-being allowance for various activities.
