Req#: 98K74 The Corrective Action Plan Leader/Project Manager will work with top-tier, large clients to track concerns throughout the organization and in collaboration with various regulatory agencies. You will also coordinate, track, and analyze data to report on the tracking of information and metrics to measure performance against goals. Gannett Fleming has embraced a hybrid work structure. This role requires working on-site in Washington DC 2-3 days per week at the client's headquarters. In an increasingly complex and financially constrained environment, Gannett Fleming recognizes that safety, operating efficiency, state of good repair, stakeholder requirements, and risk mitigation drive program success. We provide planning, engineering, program delivery, testing, and commissioning services to the transit and freight rail industries and offer extensive experience in rail and bus systems, transit facilities, and civil and structural infrastructure. We deliver system expansions and upgrades for bus, commuter railroads, freight railroads, and light and heavy rail transit systems. Daily Duties and Responsibilities: * Reviewing data to identify potential process improvement and tracking, logging, and reporting of non-compliance notices (NCNs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), deficiency notices (DNs), corrective action reports (CARs), or similar. * Communicating and investigating issues to discover background information, including with regulatory agencies and internal staff that conduct audits and field visits. * Reviewing and revising the proposed dispositions and preventive measures, as appropriate. * Coordinating between stakeholders to facilitate root cause analysis and resolution to prevent recurrence. * Developing and sending reports to regulatory agencies for approval. * Work with the QA/QC team to witness corrective action for closure. * Maintaining logs and sharing with interested parties and stakeholders. * Final archiving of reports, communications, and related documents. * Process Investigation &Improvements Plan package QC reviews &trend reports resolving submittal issues. * Developing QC reports/records. * Technical reporting. * Review of documents to assess the implementation of actions or the readiness for verification. Minimum Qualifications * Must have 5-10 years’ experience in dealing with quality management, specifically about disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective action to prevent recurrence. * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field from an accredited University. * Experience working with local, state, and/or federal regulatory agencies (e.g. FRA, FTA, FHWA, OSHA, etc.) to meet their standards/resolve any discrepancies as they are identified and/or experience managing against service standards such as ISO 9001. * Experience coordinating with senior leadership to resolve issues, including coordinating with multiple stakeholders. * Needs to have a high proficiency with Excel. * Familiarity with infrastructure design and construction or transportation operations is a positive.
