Step into a dynamic senior leadership role where your passion fuels transformative, community-changing programs. This is your chance to push beyond traditional clinical boundaries, expanding and integrating clinical services and trauma-informed care across multiple AFS programs.
From the Behavioral Health Treatment Center to our Family Support and Preservation Program, Domestic Violence Shelter, and Family Violence Intervention Program, you'll lead the charge to redefine comprehensive, compassionate care. As the Clinical Director, you'll provide clinical supervision and consultation, mentor staff, tackle complex client situations, expand billable services, and ensure top-tier compliance while remaining engaged and accessible to support staff in delivering exceptional care. Lead with heart, foster collaboration, and create a lasting impact on survivors of domestic violence, families in crisis, and individuals navigating behavioral health challenges. The
annual
salary starts at
$100,000
and
is dependent
on
experience.

A Masters Degree in a behavioral health field with current Alaska licensure (LCSW, LPC) and a current NPI number
Two years of mental health/substance abuse clinical experience with children, youth, and adults. Two years of supervisory experience.
Proven track record that demonstrates proficiency in clinical supervision, staff management, training, and
collaborative leadership.
