Brand:
Provides supervision and supports the direction & planning of associates’ daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience which maximizes sales/KPIs and drives customer loyalty in assigned stores. Emphasis placed on both the in-store selling model and Omni-channel. Ensures all brand standards are met such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc. Acts as main point of contact to resolve customer issues and concerns. Analyzes store trends and can anticipate customer demands. People:
Engages, trains, and develops their teams to achieve positive results. Leverages internal hiring platforms and actively recruits to build a strong network of external candidates. Identifies strengths and opportunities for each associate and addresses them through coaching or counseling. Holds team accountable to company policies and expectations. Maintains positive associate relations by resolving concerns and keeping them informed. Builds strong relationships with Store Manager peers. Maintains communication with Assistant/Store Manager. Fosters diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Operations:
Ensures execution of all company processes through training, management, analysis, and continuous improvement. Supports digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS). Manages inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures. Ensures timely and accurate completion of directives, assignments, and projects. Safety/Loss Prevention:
Ensures a safe environment for staff and customers; enforces policies. Protects assets by following inventory and cash control procedures related to shrink, damages, banking, etc. Utilizes reporting and technology for analysis. Ensures compliance with HAZMAT training and procedures. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred: 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience Preferred: 1+ year management experience Ability to lead/support a team to meet business objectives Effective communication skills Scheduling availability to meet business needs Cosmetology license desirable but not required About Us Our company is a leader in wholesale and retail distribution of beauty supplies.
