Key responsibilities include leading projects aligned with organizational priorities, participating in leadership development activities, and transitioning into a full-time management role by the end of the program. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent, along with strong management, communication, and analytical skills. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, professional development funds, health coverage, and more. Application timeline: Opens July 21, 2025, with interviews in September 2025. The fellowship begins in July 2026. This position is full-time and does not specify a seniority level.
