Director of Operations , under the guidance of the
SVP of Operations , will be responsible for continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations. Position Details Location: Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000 based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Assist the SVP of Operations in driving continuous operational improvements across business and clinical areas. Define and monitor KPIs related to performance, patient experience, and team productivity. Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows. Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations. Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency. Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets. Perform additional duties as assigned. 7+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient preferred). Strong knowledge of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership. Experience leading managers across regions or states. Operational mindset with proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and process scaling. Benefits include PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k.
