This role is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing initiatives across the IT category. It involves conducting spend analysis, analyzing markets, identifying sourcing value levers, executing competitive RFIs/RFPs, and leading supplier negotiations. Responsibilities Strategic sourcing and vendor management Lead multiple strategic sourcing initiatives following standard methodologies Identify key business partners and lead cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies Analyze spend data and industry trends to prioritize sourcing initiatives Gather stakeholder insights and business requirements to ensure sourcing solutions meet needs Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies Manage the planning and execution of RFIs and RFPs Lead supplier negotiations Manage supplier selection and develop data analysis for informed decisions Contribute to implementation and change management initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 6 years of sourcing experience Knowledge of IT category, focusing on services and software Experience with renewal and contract negotiations Interested in One of Our Job Openings?
