Project Director
to oversee multiple projects, coordinate strategies, and enhance the quality of project deliverables. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable project delivery lead, a positive team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively. The candidate must possess: Strong organizational skills High self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness Experience from concept to construction administration Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to meet project goals and schedules Active engagement in the design process and project completion Experience managing sub-consultant contracts and scope of work, and drafting proposals Mentoring skills to develop project teams, sharing technical knowledge and strategies Capability to perform as a Project Designer on smaller projects if needed Requirements: 8-10+ years of professional experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Proficiency with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Licensed Architect preferred Position Details: Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Industry: Architecture and Planning This job posting is active and not expired.
