Position Overview

This role is part of Ralph Lauren's most transformative initiative, involving a significant investment over the next decade. The Director of Global Procurement will be a key strategic partner, leading the global procurement transformation via the new ERP+ platform. The role covers multiple brands and business areas, offering opportunities for professional growth, global exposure, and influence on the company's future. Responsibilities include leading process transformation, partnering with third parties, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to deliver transformational change within the new ERP ecosystem.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Review and approve project deliverables through all solution phases.

Collaborate on process design, key decisions, and change impacts.

Facilitate process workshops and validate design with stakeholders.

Engage with regional SMEs and socialize design.

Contribute to configuration design, report requirements, and security roles.

Manage communication and change in legacy applications.

Create test cases, execute testing, and lead data validation.

Support change management and training efforts.

Coordinate user acceptance testing and business cutover procedures.

Monitor post-go-live support and execution of cutover plans.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Extensive experience in sourcing and production within the fashion/retail industry.

Subject matter expert in sourcing and procurement processes.

Strong relationship-building, conflict resolution, and influence skills.

Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive change.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
