Position Summary:
The Associate/Analyst, Content Design & Enablement will play a pivotal role in the creation and optimization of automated, standardized, and visually appealing client materials. This role combines expertise in design, user experience (UX), data management, and technology to ensure that all client-facing materials are both visually compelling as well as technically robust. The position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance both the aesthetic and technical aspects of content automation/delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Client Content & Design to develop and maintain design standards and support the implementation of content automation tools.
Participate in the development and maintenance of a centralized content library, ensuring the availability of best-in-class intellectual capital.
Partner and coordinate with thought leaders across the firm to create exceptional content for client materials.
Create visually appealing and compliant exhibits and presentations for client deliverables, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Work with IT, Data, Investment Teams, Research, Marketing, and Compliance to gather requirements, define templates, and ensure the accuracy and technical integrity of client materials.
Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of content automation tools, addressing issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
Assist in the training and support of team members on design standards, content automation tools, and data management practices.
Monitor industry developments in design, UX, and content automation, integrating cutting-edge practices into the firm's content strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in content design, data management, or technology implementation, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.
Experience and/or proficiency in content design tools (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and content automation and enablement tools (especially Seismic and/or Templafy).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and user experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
The base salary range for this role is $66,500-$86,500. In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
