Project Manager with Academic expertise . Our pipeline across New England extends to 2026! Do you excel at leading project teams, fostering growth, and developing relationships with clients? You will oversee numerous construction management tasks, including project execution, financial management, and delivering projects aligned with Shawmut’s standards, while achieving financial and profit goals. Develop purchasing schedules and strategies to address challenges during pre-construction Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing to ensure profitability and client satisfaction Lead High Academic projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction, focusing on constructability, costs, and logistics Partner with the Project Superintendent to maintain accurate project schedules Ensure financial data is complete and monitor for issues affecting project performance Act as the primary liaison among customers, field teams, and office staff Build and maintain relationships to uphold world-class customer service with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community Qualifications
