What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and prioritizing AI use cases across the firm, ensuring high-value solutions are delivered efficiently. Partnering with business leads to analyze AI requests, translating them into actionable tech solutions. Collaborating with AI and data teams to develop, test, and roll out AI models that optimize processes and enhance user experience. Ensuring responsible and ethical AI adoption by aligning with established governance policies. Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the AI platform. Supporting leadership with project management, documentation, and administrative tasks. Staying current with the latest in AI through ongoing learning, certifications, and training. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, with at least 2 years focused on AI technologies. Hands-on experience with AI tools like M365 Copilot/Studio, MS PowerApps, frontier models, and prompt engineering. Strong background in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technology solutions. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver business value iteratively. High-energy, team-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Bonus Points For: Previous experience in investment management. Expertise in data analytical tools and AI governance principles. Education:
