A day in the life of a Managing Partner: Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking necessary actions. Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs. Coach and train employees in operational excellence. Complete inventory counts bi-weekly. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as Managing Partner or General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; maneuver through compact spaces safely; operate restaurant equipment.
