in
the Estimating Department following up all outgoing proposals. The candidate will be responsible for managing proposals and identifying new construction opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Control the bidding department with incoming requests, deadlines and tracking bids (from start to finish). Identify new construction millwork opportunities using lead companies. Communicate with clients regarding new and ongoing projects. Must read and understand architectural blueprints and specifications (a must). Assist project manager s with submittals and general office duties. Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills . Prior experience in construction estimation or project coordination preferred . Schedule:Full-Time (Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 4:30pm
