Role Overview The Data Quality Lead Analyst ensures Data Exceptions are identified, monitored, remediated, and reported per Citi Data Governance policies. The role involves working with Data Domains to improve data quality, collaborating with Technology teams to enhance capabilities, and supporting analytics and reporting of Data Exceptions. Responsibilities
Drive Data Quality measurement, dashboards, and strategies Ensure compliance of Exception Management processes with CDGP Assess controls and recommend improvements Lead data improvement initiatives and develop tools Collaborate with other teams to address data challenges Support data quality resolution activities and reporting Report Data Quality Exceptions using approved tools Support strategic vision of senior management Qualifications
6-10 years experience in Data Quality programs, preferably in Banking/Finance Understanding of data integration and business objectives Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders Effective communication skills Collaborative team player Ability to work under pressure Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Additional Details Location: Tampa, FL | Salary Range: $113,840 - $170,760 | Full-time Most relevant skills include Change Management, Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality, Management Reporting, and Risk Management.
