Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and oversee SONYC Belmont yearly and weekly afterschool calendars. Coordinate SONYC Schedule with ACS facility schedule. Act as the primary point person for SONYC facilitators, communicate schedule changes, and schedule make-up programming as needed. Meet with ACS Program Staff every Thursday to schedule and send out the revised schedule every Friday to all ACS stakeholders. Ensure all facilitators have material and supply clearance in advance of sessions. Ensure youth arrive on time for the program and troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise. Build relationships with JC’s, especially those present during afterschool hours, and get buy-in for programming. Create flyers for the program and conduct regular outreach to youth and JC’s. Collect attendance and send it to the Data Manager daily. Update enrollment sheets daily and send them to the Data Manager along with attendance. Maintain the DYCD binder and ensure it is up to date (attendance, enrollment sheet, SCR/SCL clearances, weekly schedule). Develop the annual work scope in DYCD online. Perform monthly program observations and provide feedback to facilitators. Plan and coordinate monthly family nights. Complete the Weekly Report by 1 pm every Friday and send it to ACS and DYCD stakeholders. Connect youth returning from Crossroads with opportunities; outreach to youth, partners, and CCA programs. All applicants must submit a cover letter with their resume.
