SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR/PROJECT MANAGER
Full-time Industry: Computer Software Location: WASHINGTON DC Experience: 5-7 years Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Job Description: Plan and manage IT systems development projects supporting the Multifamily business unit. Manage project evaluations, scope, requirements, milestones, resources, and budgets. Provide technical oversight as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as Salesforce application administrator, including ad hoc reporting, dashboards, community management, opportunity team assignments, governance, issue triage, and supporting new development. Conduct business analysis and project management activities, develop implementation plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, manage budgets, and prepare status reports. Handle administrative tasks such as access requests, space management, procurement, and contractor requisitions. Develop and share best practices, procedures, and support technology enhancements. Manage relationships, resolve issues, and develop team members. Minimum experience required is 6+ years of related experience, with familiarity in Salesforce configuration/development, certifications preferred, and knowledge of the multifamily mortgage lifecycle is a plus. Strong communication skills and experience with MS Project are also desirable.
