We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our Crowe Consulting Data and Analytics team as a Business Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning client business strategies with Crowe’s data and analytics solutions. You will manage the delivery of our current offerings, understand our client’s strategic value drivers, and identify metrics and analytics that provide valuable business insights to help them achieve their objectives. This role involves leading client data management, engaging with client leadership, executing complex data projects, communicating across stakeholder groups, and leading change within client organizations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business drivers, strategies, and objectives to support their goals. Gather and document business requirements for data initiatives. Analyze source systems and current data sets to support client goals; recommend improvements where needed. Analyze data to derive insights that inform business decisions and strategies. Develop and maintain strong internal relationships, providing thought leadership. Design and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights to clients. Track project deliverables to ensure goals are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively offering solutions. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Crowe solutions based on client needs. Additional responsibilities include delivering value through: Data Strategy Roadmaps Data Lake & Analytics Build-out AI Readiness Assessments Data Quality and Management Data Governance and Quality Crowe Clearview Analytics support Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field. 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. 5+ years of Consulting experience. 5+ years in data analysis and business intelligence. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, data security, and privacy regulations. Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus. Industry-specific experience is a plus.
