Location:
BWI Airport, Baltimore, MD
Pay Range:
$100k-$200k/Year
Responsibilities
Oversee construction projects on behalf of Maryland Aviation Administration at Baltimore Washington International (BWI) airport
Serve as face of the CMI team, serving as main point of contact for client
Responsible for delivering CMI services for air side, landside and terminal building projects
Supervise CMI staff, including Res. engineers, office engineers, QA inspectors, document control administrators
Administer contracts for sub consultants
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for client
Liaison with client's Airport Operations, Facility, Engineering and Construction, Program Management consultant
Report to Program Manager and supervise Construction Management and Inspection staff, including resident engineers, assistant resident engineers, office engineers, QA inspectors, and admin assistants
Planning and managing works of all disciplines to ensure compliance with the relevant Contract requirements, specifications and standards, safety cases etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in engineering or construction related field
Aviation project experience is required
Minimum of 15 years experience in project management/construction management
Full time on-site position, with occasional remote work
PE preferred or similar industry credentials such as CCM, PMP, etc.
Experience at BWI Airport construction program is a plus.
