The position is responsible for managing the Supply Chain at our Worcester campus. The primary focus will be to create, manage, and improve processes related to fulfilling customer orders on time, including Receiving/Shipping, Warehousing, Inventory Control, S&OP, Production Planning, and Inventory Management.

This role will drive process standardization, team training, and development, while building a strong team. It involves balancing demand with capacities using our S&OP process, developing KPIs and reporting to maximize on-time shipping and productivity, maintaining inventory controls, and establishing effective communication with various departments such as Plant Management, Product Management, Customer Service, Central Supply Chain, and Sales. All activities will be coordinated through our Sales and Operations Planning process to foster collaboration and accountability across the team, including those closest to the customer. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; Master's or MBA preferred 7+ years of supply chain and people management experience in manufacturing environments 2+ years experience in an ISO and regulated environment (preferred) In-depth knowledge of computerized manufacturing systems (e.g., MRP) Expertise in inventory control and forecasting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and business systems like Microsoft Office Ability to develop global business strategies based on SBU/site needs (preferred) Experience coaching and leading colleagues across business units (preferred) Knowledge of manufacturing systems (preferred) Understanding of financial concepts like P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost Accounting, Cash Flow, Capital Management, and Budgeting (preferred) A TEAM READY TO WELCOME YOU Saint-Gobain is a leading producer of abrasives, building materials, plastics, insulation, glass, piping, reinforcements, and ceramics.
