to support a
Sponsor Dedicated Cell & Gene Therapy program
— a field at the forefront of medical innovation. In this role, you'll be a key player in bringing life-changing therapies from lab to clinic. You'll collaborate with world-class teams, lead critical project efforts, and help shape the future of advanced medicine. This role requires
Cell & Gene Therapy experience
and is
based in the Santa Monica, CA area
to support on-site work with a top-tier sponsor. What You’ll Do: Manage multiple clinical trial projects with confidence and precision.
Anticipate potential challenges and develop smart, proactive solutions.
Lead project meetings and build strong connections across CROs, vendors, and internal teams.
Support clinical trial execution, documentation, compliance, and data oversight.
Contribute to scientific abstracts, presentations, and publications.
Build tools and improve processes to enhance efficiency across clinical programs.
Assist with training and mentoring of junior clinical staff.
Support selection, coordination, and oversight of CROs and vendors.
Maintain study timelines and contribute to key milestones.
Conduct site visits, including initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout.
Ensure clinical site compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
Draft and review clinical documents including protocols, informed consents, and case report forms.
Participate in department and company-wide strategic initiatives.
What You Bring: Hands-on experience in Cell and Gene Therapy
(required).
Background in clinical trial or project management within clinical research.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent relationship builder.
Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA/EMA regulatory standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing timelines and deliverables.
Able to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in the
Santa Monica, CA area
