About the Role: Reporting to the Director of USA Southwest, the Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehousing, logistics, and facilities operations while ensuring efficiency and high performance. This role is central to managing shipments, inventory, and facilities while mentoring a warehouse team. The successful applicant will: Supervise shipments and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Resolve discrepancies between bills of lading and received materials. Maintain inventory levels, process adjustments, and support transfer order costing. Develop shipping policies and schedules. Oversee storage, handling, and organization of distribution center inventory. Maintain staffing levels and implement clear training initiatives. Optimize equipment usage for efficiency and safety Ensure facilities meet health and safety requirements. Stay updated on products, technologies, and industry advancements. Oversee departmental budgets and inventory evaluations. Supervise 2+ direct reports within the warehouse team. We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes: 5–10 years of supervisory experience in warehousing/logistics. 2+ years working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Post-secondary education in business administration preferred. Facilities coordination experience with warehouse management expertise. Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite is an asset).
