Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager within a fire alarm company.
Experience managing electrical and fire alarm projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Review plans and specifications; participate in project cost reviews.
Coordinate with field teams regarding project performance.
Good understanding of project requirements.
Responsibilities
Review all contract documents, including proposals, contracts, drawings, and scopes of work.
Document all aspects of project progress, including contract, financial, scope, materials, and coordination.
Support onsite installation efforts.
Provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
Develop department standards and procedures.
Facilitate training for team members.
Work overtime when required.
Schedule installers and programmers.
Ensure the overall success of installations and project performance.
Benefits
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
Weekday schedule.
