Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr The Telematics Program Manager will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide product development for the Road Rewards telematics program for the Plymouth Rock Independent Agency group, which serves over 30,000 monthly users. From decreasing distracted driving to reducing aggressive driving habits, the Road Rewards mobile app offers feedback to customers on their driving behaviors and offers an opportunity to earn rewards. Our goal is to not only create distinctive advantages for this high visibility program but to make our roads safer for all, reducing the tremendous human trauma and financial costs caused by unsafe and distracted driving. This position will be responsible for the customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to continually evolve and enhance the experience. A key aspect of this role is a passion for cr eating and delivering innovative marketing and promotional campaigns that drive consumer action—boosting enrollment, app usage, and overall engagement. You will have the opportunity to design unique campaigns targeting both program users and insurance agents, helping to differentiate the Road Rewards experience in the marketplace. This role also involves leading the optimization of core app functionality and user experience, ensuring the platform is not only engaging but also effective in promoting safer driving behaviors. Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail, including the ability to thoroughly test program changes, monitor results, and quickly troubleshoot issues as they arise. Responsibilities: Drive strategy and execution of product changes and updates aligning business goals with user experience improvements and safety outcomes Use advanced analytical skills to manage key performance metrics, reporting, and P&L accountability—including subscription growth, customer engagement, and safety outcomes. Work cross-functionally with executive management and other departments to drive an enterprise-wide telematics roadmap Generate customer growth and engagement through marketing campaigns that boost enrollment, participation and retention – using insights from data, customer behavior and A/B testing Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences in relation to the telematics experience, lead the effort to design and implement an improved customer experience Collaborate with partners and vendors to roll out new features, rewards, and telematics-driven innovations that incentivize safer driving Work closely with the app vendor and internal teams to develop programs targeting driving improvement through innovative use of telematics technology and app design Proactively identify and resolve technical and non-technical issues affecting users, with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
