Producing Sales Manager
who proactively builds and maintains a network of referral sources, such as realtors, builders, and professionals, to generate mortgage lending opportunities. Responsibilities Interview customers to assess their loan needs, advise on products, terms, and pricing, and gather required information. Generate complete mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies, while achieving sales goals. Manage the sales team to develop relationships with real estate brokers, developers, CPAs, and other referral sources. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-quality sales team that complies with company policies and generates quality loans. Maintain a strong understanding of products, guidelines, and pricing strategies. Qualifications 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience. Minimum 5 years of mortgage management experience. Proven success in recruiting. $10MM in annual closed loan volume. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent sales presentation and marketing skills. Strong written, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of FNMA-DU/FHLMC/LP guidelines. Existing referral network required. Must meet SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screening and obtaining an NMLS identifier.
