Natran Green Pest Control is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Houston field operations, elevate technician performance, and drive our mission of eco-conscious pest control. What You’ll Do As Houston Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our field service operations, ensuring technician performance aligns with Natran’s high standards and core values. You will: Lead, coach, and manage Field Service Managers and Specialty Technicians

Drive operational KPIs including route completion, revenue, labor efficiency, and margin

Conduct ride-alongs and field audits to coach in real time and maintain quality control

Ensure compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture regulations and all licensing requirements

Serve as a key member of the Leadership Team collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience, and HR to align business goals and customer satisfaction

Hire, onboard, and train technicians to develop a high-performing, values-aligned team

Oversee safety programs, CEU tracking, and branch documentation

Handle escalated customer issues and deliver consistent service excellence

What You’ll Bring

Current Texas Certified Applicator License or ability to obtain within 30 days Termite category required within 6 months

Lawn & Ornamental (L&O) required within 12 months

At least 3 years of experience managing field service teams in pest control or a related trade

Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills

Comfortable with Google Workspace, mobile apps, and platforms like FieldRoutes, HubSpot, and Veseris

Physically able to work in both office and outdoor field environments, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
