They are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data from third-party sources integrated into their compliance systems. Responsibilities: • Monitor and validate incoming data from third-party sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. • Collaborate with external data partners (e.g., state agencies, vendors) to troubleshoot integration issues and clarify data requirements. • Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. • Develop and maintain data quality / status dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and data pipelines. • Document and maintain data workflows, quality rules, and integration protocols. • Assist in the development of internal processes for ongoing data quality monitoring and improvement. Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or operations analyst role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of SQL (MSSQL preferred). • Familiarity with data integration tools and concepts (e.g., ETL pipelines, APIs). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, compliance) is a plus. Preferred: • Experience with third-party data validation and vendor management. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Customer service mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
