Job Title : RCM Analyst (RCM Analyst - Lead)
Department/Division:
Facilities Operations
Brief Position Summary:
Leads the tactical execution of RCM activities and supervises technical analysts performing condition-based monitoring (CBM) tasks. Serves as a senior SME and technical liaison for all diagnostic testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily RCM tasks, including vibration, ultrasound, thermal, and oil analysis. Review and approve CBM testing results and ensure findings are entered in the CMMS. Train and mentor RCM Analysts and Technicians on advanced diagnostics and predictive maintenance techniques. Support root cause analysis (RCA) activities and corrective action development. Work with the RCM Program Manager to develop critical asset lists and risk models. Ensure compliance with DHA SOP(s) and applicable industry standards. Support QA/QC by performing second-level reviews and trending analysis. Collaborate with Facilities and CMMS teams to ensure accurate scheduling of RCM tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years performing or leading RCM activities in healthcare or industrial environments. Certifications: Level II or III in Vibration or Thermography; ICML/ASNT preferred. Experience with CMMS integration and trend analysis of CBM findings.
Special Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation
