Position Overview Assistant Store Managers lead store operations to deliver excellent customer service, achieve operational and financial goals, and adhere to company policies. They perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative, assist the Store Manager with daily operations, and step in as acting manager when needed. Job Responsibilities Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business Foster a strong customer service culture Support the Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals Assist in recruiting, developing, and motivating team members Ensure compliance with all regulations Perform CSR duties and supervise CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager Analyze financial data to increase sales Market within the community to grow market share and revenue Resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction Assist with scheduling, cash management, and store audits Review communication and training materials to stay updated on policies Maintain a clean and organized store environment Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements At least one year management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries Willingness and ability to engage with customers Ability to develop positive customer relationships Strong desire to exceed goals and motivate teams Excellent communication skills High-energy, collaborative management style Professional appearance and demeanor Honesty and integrity Flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Fluent in English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 15 lbs. as needed Work in confined spaces and noisy environments Manage multiple tasks and handle interruptions effectively Benefits Eligible team members enjoy medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), vacation, advancement opportunities, and ongoing training.
