Position Overview The Parking Facilities and Capital Projects Group is seeking to hire a highly skilled and qualified Associate Staff Analyst to perform various duties within the group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing daily operations of the administration, ensuring continuity of work processes, and maintaining productivity and discipline through staff training and development.

Coordinating HR functions such as the hiring process and responding to ARTS Cases.

Collecting and maintaining weekly data on all activities of Parking Facilities Groups, ensuring reports are accurate and timely.

Proactively addressing personnel and administrative issues.

Supervising and assigning duties to the Principal Administrative Associate and Clerical Associate.

Assisting in preparing reports on operational activities and other documents using various data sources.

Supporting the preparation of contract documentation, including garage contracts, funding requests, and vendor responsibilities.

Participating in procurement functions related to engineering and other materials, including cost planning, resource allocation, and inventory management.

This position may qualify for remote work up to two days per week under the Remote Work Pilot Program, as agreed between the City and DC37.

Minimum Qualifications

A master's degree in a relevant field with at least one year of professional experience in areas such as budget administration, personnel management, management analysis, or related fields.

Or a baccalaureate degree with three years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, FMS, and Passport.
