About the Team We are a forward-thinking team focused on developing and optimizing indirect procurement processes, tools, and policies to support our next-generation rocket, Terran R. We seek entrepreneurial individuals capable of collaborating across stakeholders and procurement functions, managing the full spectrum of procurement activities for Capital Equipment projects with a sense of urgency. About the Role

Support development and execution of supply chain strategies within your scope. Manage diverse vendor relationships to maximize value and foster long-term partnerships. Utilize forecasts and requests to develop commodity strategies and lead sourcing through contracts. Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including PO creation, RFI/RFQ/RFP, invoice resolution, and stakeholder management. Identify cost-saving opportunities, lead negotiations, and build strategic vendor relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business needs. About You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, Economics/Finance, or related field. 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing, or engineering roles. Expertise in contracts, negotiations, and risk management. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, and management teams. Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates and cross-functional alignment. Knowledge of enterprise systems like PLM, ERP, MES. Nice to Have

Master’s degree in related fields. Experience with capital equipment purchasing (CapEx). Additional contract and vendor management expertise.
