• 10+ years of Technical Product Management Experience

Subject-matter experts who use their technical knowledge to bridge the gap between product and technical aspects of product development.

This is a key product engineering role that will utilize existing recipes, frameworks, and best practices to coach the team and the client, while simultaneously helping coordinate the end-to-end delivery of the solution.

Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to make their ideas a reality.

Know the product's unique features & guide product strategy and communicate with the development team.

Collaborate with designers to create mockups for the final product.

Assist the development team in clarifying requirements and understanding the business side.

Review prototypes and proofs of concept for feasibility before moving to the next stage.

Verify that the product meets customer needs by reviewing feedback or conducting usability testing.

Ability to create diagrams to rationalize technical, product, and business outcomes.

Write integration guidelines for engineering teams.

Conduct workshops for persona mappings, user journeys, and logical definitions.

Conduct design sessions with UI leads to establish design system collaboration and division of labor.

Ensure readiness of artifacts for engineering teams to execute roadmaps.

Align product development with client business processes.

Drive cross-functional teams towards defined outcomes and KPIs.

Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding features, deadlines, and details.

Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, effort, and creation order.

Consolidate work on technical issues into a common backlog, including software design, test architecture, and UX design.

Coordinate with developers to ensure understanding of project requirements.

• Must have skills

Product Roadmap/Backlog creation

Software Development (SDLC, programming languages architecture, etc.)

Agile development and Scrum methods

Write user stories and detail product definition documents

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Advanced knowledge of Figma, Miro, Confluence, Jira, Keynote, LucidChart

• Nice to have

Previous software engineering and coding experience

Experience with prototyping tools and applications

Good understanding of UI and UX Design best practices

Proven track record in product development
