What you will do in this role:

Monitor the hospital's quality program

Collaborate with hospital staff to identify risk and safety concerns and lead corrective actions

Collect incident reports, analyze data, investigate issues, and report findings to the Quality Council and CEO

Ensure the hospital complies with all regulatory standards and laws

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a health-related field preferred; Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a psychiatric hospital acceptable

License: If applicable, an unencumbered license to practice issued by the State Board of Nursing

Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
