Your Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Owner to build the product, including creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, user testing, and release timelines. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, managing sprints, backlogs, and releases. Manage relationships with external system integration partners to define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap. Facilitate meetings and workshops with development teams to address roadblocks and employ product modules, features, and complex functionality. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements. Gather and analyze user feedback, system performance trends, and data analytics to inform product improvements. Ensure the technology stack aligns with enterprise-wide IT strategy and best practices. Ensure best-in-class technology principles are applied to product development. Coordinate with internal and external teams, including data analysts, developers, and engineers, to drive product success. Plan and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders. Work with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet industry regulations. Define and track KPIs such as user adoption, development timelines, and product quality. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation. Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, user experience, and market positioning. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the product and organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Insurance, or a related field; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within insurance analytics or technology. Problem-solving skills aimed at overcoming roadblocks and developing intuitive solutions. Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of APIs, cloud computing, SaaS, software development, and data analytics tools. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha!. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex products. Familiarity with commercial insurance (P&C), underwriting, claims processing, or regulatory compliance. Seniority level
