Competitive total compensation package including medical, dental, orthodontia, vision, FSA/HSA, generous PTO accrual, 10 paid holidays, 401(k) retirement account with company matching program, company paid life insurance, short & long term disability insurance, and employee assistance program. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location. Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
Responsibilities
Preparation of plans, studies, and analyses Staff management Meeting project schedules on-budget Collaborating across disciplines Developing and communicating recommendations on diverse and complex assignments
Qualifications/Education/Memberships
Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, Planning, or related field Professional Engineering license or TPCB or similar certification (e.g., PTP, PTOE, RSP cert) 6+ years of related professional experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to research, present and convey information clearly and concisely Experience with software including HCS, SYNCHRO/SimTraffic, VISSIM, CADD, GIS Familiarity with local, state, and federal guidelines/standards, policies, and procedures Desire to lead and be at the forefront of the evolving field of transportation Knowledge of emerging best practices/guidelines in transportation Valid driver’s license Critical thinker with strong communication skills (graphic, written, and interpersonal) are essential Efficient, thorough, detail-oriented, and dedicated to quality work Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Ability to work in a collaborative team environment across numerous disciplines
