Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager for Strategy Collection
to develop compelling thought leadership content and represent Atlassian at industry conferences, events, and with our global customer base. This role focuses on expanding awareness and showcasing the broad value of Strategy Collection for customers, partners, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject-matter expertise, demonstrate the ability to create dynamic content, and be an engaging speaker and thought leader, capable of connecting with diverse audiences and fostering strong relationships within the global community. Candidates with firsthand experience implementing similar enterprise portfolio and planning solutions are highly preferred. As a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will shape Atlassian's position on Strategy Collection, enhance our brand presence, and drive solution adoption. Responsibilities
Develop compelling, differentiated, and feature-accurate content and messaging that effectively highlights the Atlassian Strategy Collection solution. Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and events, delivering presentations and participating in panel discussions. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, partners, and prospective clients. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to keep solutions competitive and relevant. Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, providing insights and thought leadership on ESP practices and innovations. Engage with senior leadership at large customer organizations to facilitate understanding of the transition to the Atlassian Strategy Collection, emphasizing integration of practices, personnel, and products. Collect feedback from external engagements to inform product development and strategic initiatives. Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise portfolio management, with hands-on implementation experience. Over 7 years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions consulting, implementation, sales engineering, or product management, preferably within enterprise portfolio management sectors. Deep understanding of leadership priorities and needs. Exceptional communication skills; proficient in presenting and demonstrating product and solution value to Strategy Collection buyers, influencers, and internal stakeholders. Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and demonstrating confidence in practices and products. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, including establishing trusted relationships with analysts and influencers through briefings, demonstrations, evaluations, and online engagement. Experience collaborating with product management and sales teams to shape product strategy and creating technical content with product marketing and solution engineers. Experience representing organizations at industry events and conferences. Excellent writing and content creation skills for both short and long-form content. Relevant certifications in ESP or related fields are a plus. Compensation At Atlassian, we aim for equitable, transparent, and competitive compensation. Our baseline ranges are higher than market averages, with actual pay determined by skills and experience. In the US, we have three geographic pay zones: Zone A: $175,500 - $229,125 Zone B: $158,400 - $206,800 Zone C: $145,800 - $190,350 This role may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
